I was over at my friends house playing xbox 360 and i plugged my ipod into the xbox to listen to music while i kill zombies. after awhile i unplugged it and the ipod felt warm and it smelled burned. now it doesn’t work does anyone know how to fix

I replaced my screen but the ipod will not power up any help
yea i hold it down put nothing happens i cant even see the apple sign it only plays when it is on my ihome i cant even change the song because it is on hold
what i did is presst the center button and menu maybe it will work for you
but dont leave it untill you use the apple sign!

could you help me it turns off when i turn it off hold it usto be the other way around and it turned off when i turn hold on
You could always try reinstalling the system software through iTunes. That should work as long as it isn’t something wrong with the hardware in your iPod.
i have a problem with my ipod nano 2g i was using my computer and my computer crash and my ipod was connected to the pc after i disconect my ipod doesnt turn on.

DONT TURN IT ON!!!! put it in a bag of rice for a week, the rice asorbs the moisture!!! it worked on my phone.
leave it face down to dry for about a month, it should be fine :]
