I find swimming to be a great exercise, but dull in the extreme. I was hoping to spend more time with this device, however, was a disappointment. Two problems with the device. I had trouble keeping the headset in the ear during swimming. Was partially able to overcome the difficulties after many twists and test the different connections size headphones provided. However, even after extensive testing, head phones went out. What they need is a belt of hearing of some kind that forces the pads to stay in or around the ears. The other problem with these is the amplitude of sound is not high enough to overcome ambient noise during swimming. Compared to my normal headphones, the sound coming from resistant to water has decreased. So swim a crawl and listen through the headphones is the best of the poor. It was not worth the $ 100 for this version of the device.

Within one month of purchase, the left ear was cold stone dead. The good news is that in the last month has not been filtered. Now I’m waiting for the return code. I suspect this is a design flaw, and in which parts should be interchangeable without the return shipping. I can image if this is true, then spend most of the warranty period in the post office going back and forth. If you want a product that has a limited life expectancy and the difficulty of getting repairs in a timely manner, I think you have found the right spot.

Great idea, still needs much work. I’ve been using my inteval for about three months and have had nothing but trouble. First, like many others have mentioned, keeping the headset in the ear is extremely difficult. I’ve tried all the different sizes of buds they provide and to no avail. I’ve tried using a swim cap and wrapping the headphones around my glasses and belts will not help. Second, the case is bulky in the back of the strap of the goggles. Each time you push the wall if he retired. If so much as I can get the case to turn upside down. To prevent this I have to give an easy drive from the wall and hold my head high. I’m not interested in changing my way of swimming. Third, the sound quality is poor and drowned. Fourth, the product was leaked on me. I have sent the interval and my, now broken, the iPod back to H2Audio hoping to get a refund. They got the product for over 3 weeks now and can not contact any customer service person to answer my phone calls or reply to my e-mails. So Wouldhave to rate their customer service January 1 of every 5 also. All in all I was really hoping this product would work. I swim about 5 miles a week and I would be able to hear my music while I worked out. I love the concept, but there are a lot of work remains to be done before the product launch.

I saw an ad for this product and asked my son to get it for me for Christmas when he asked what I wanted. It was the best present ever! I love this product! I do triathlon training year, and from swimming in the winter gets boring. This product makes the time fly by. The sound is excellent and the case is so light, do not even know that attaches to my glasses. The controls are easy to use. I can not wait to try it for anything long lake this summer.

I have been using this system for about a month. I swim three times a week, so I used this product about 12 times in the pool, and I’m still trying to make it work properly. I had problems with the headphones jumping and also the fact that the ambient noise freestyle only interferes with good sound. These problems are manageable, and it would be nice, especially in a product that I really like it. However, I also had problems with a headset that is about 3x earhphone stronger than others, as well as emit an annoying crackling sound when playing music. I contacted the H20 Audio balance problem, which only suggested that I send it back to be fixed. After wasting time with the label, it was found that when headphones are inserted, if there is too much or too little pressure in the ear canal, the headset can not “shoot” correctly, and the sound is muffled. After more or less solve this problem, the crackling problems that arose. I fixed it by sticking a fork in the ear opening and gently pressing on the membrane (I have no idea why this solved the problem). At this point, the most frustrating thing would have to spend much time and effort in sending the product to H20 Audio – perhaps too much to ask that a $ 90 product only works out of the box. I think H20 Audio has done well in promoting the product with high-profile names like Phelps and Coughlin. Now they must focus their attention on making a higher quality product.
