I’m considering buying one and the actual formatted storage capacity is always a little less than what is advertised by Apple. It would really help me out if anyone knew the answer to this question, specific to a 4th generation 32GB iPod touch.

I want to buy an Ipod touch and I want to have about 400 songs, at least 10 show episodes and maybe a movie or two. I also will most likely buy a bunch of apps/games. Does the 32gb over 16gb make that big of a difference.
