The Grip is a hardshell polycarbonate case with a wrap around cover for the new iPad. The case is made out of plastic and has grips to better holding. The cover features on/off functions similar to Apple’s Smart Cover and also has a built-in kickstand to hold the iPad up against the cover for stand typing and viewing. The liner of the case and cover is made out of micro suede to help protect the surface of the iPad from scratches. The Grip comes in Black, Berry (pictured), Royal Blue, and Tangerine. It has a retail price of $44.99. Review: STM Skinny 3 case for iPad (3rd Gen) www.youtube.com Buy: amzn.to www.stmbags.com

Hi. I know jailbreak was deemed legal for the ipod touch by the Supreme Court because the person in possession of the ipod touch should be allowed to do as they please with it. However, I believe that downloading paid apps for free isn’t legal.
Heres the story:
I had a debate with my friend who just jailbroke his ipod touch. He was downloading all sorts of themes from cydia and functions. However, he came up to “Installous,” which he downloaded. I advised him not to use it because it’s illegal if he were to download apps from it, but two other friends said I was wrong, claiming that these apps can be LEGALLY downloaded if one were “smart enough” to jailbreak their ipod touch. I still didn’t believe such a statement and I placed a bet.
Now, I’m out searching for proof that downloading apps not given away free by the creator of said app are still illegal for it’s kind of like stealing.. even if the jailbreak thing was passed.
Please provide your opinion and, if possible (PLEASE), a link (not connected to other yahoo answer, cha cha answers, or wiki answer pages and will officially convince my friends.)
